This is a master salt spoon or mustard spoon with a husk wreath pattern made by Mappin and Webb, England in silver plate in the 1940-1950s. The spoon has a round bowl, measures 3.25 inches long and is in very good +++ condition with some minor plate loss on the sides of the handle. So cute!
