This is a large antique hatpin or hat pin with a black bakelite finial shaped like a square with 2 gold tone metal chain inset decorations. The hatpin measures 7 inches long, the top is 1 inch square and the hatpin was made 1890-1900s and is quite possible a mourning outfit hatpin. The hatpin is in near excellent condition and is exceptionally long. A wonderful Victorian find.
