Circa: 1930s Condition: used, vintage Size: each 4 inches high Country of Origin: United Kingdom Manufacturer: Wedgwood This is a rare set of 4 pin dishes, trays, nut dishes, ashtrays or bridge set in Wedgwood, England green jasper or jasperware dip made in the 1930s. Each of the dishes represents a suit of cards such as hearts, spades, clubs or diamonds. It's hard to find a complete older set of these Wedgwood jaspewrware dishes and especially in jasper dip. The set is pictured in blue on page 22 of Schiffer's Wedgwood Jasper Ware which is a much more common color. The designs include the 3 Graces, Muses Watering Pegasus, Nike and the Warrior and others.
