This is a wonderful Shelley China of England 10.75 inch in diameter dinner, rack or cabinet plate in the Heather pattern #13007 in the Gainsborough or Henley shape 1940-1966. The outer rim of the large plate is a lovely cobalt blue with an overlay of gold filagree and a gold rim. The design is a lovely Scottish landscape with a river, bridge, trees and heather. Lovely. The rack plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
