This is a wonderful Shelley China of England 10.75 inch in diameter dinner, rack or cabinet plate in the rarely seen England's Charm pattern #13011 in the Gainsborough or Henley shape 1939-1945. The outer rim is a lovely green with an overlay of gold filagree and gold trim. The design is a lovely English rural landscape. Beautiful. The rack plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear and is lovely as well as rarely seen.
