This is a Shelley China, England bone china teacup and saucer. The pattern is Heather #13419 which is a landscape or topographical design and it is in the Richmond shape with a green handle and gold trim made 1940-1966. The colors are lovely and it is is perfect, mint condition with no chips cracks or restorations. A lovely tea table or Shelley collection addition
