Antique Horse Brass Sam Weller Dicken...

Horse brasses are a British institution that has been around for centuries. The tack or livery of draft and carriages horses was ornamented with these pieces of brass in all sorts of designs and emblems. Most country pubs have them nailed to the rafters. They flank many fireplaces one by one or on straps. Many people collect them and they are still being made to commemorate important dates, people and places.
